In recent weeks we've made a series of promotions in both London and New York, and also announced the arrival of a new global Head of Analytics as part of multiple hires. In our London office, Isabel and Boram from our healthcare team have been promoted to Research Manager and Research Executive respectively. Our new hires include Annabelle, who joins the quallies as Research Executive from Big Green Door, as well as Fiona and Georgina who join our grad programme.

In New York, we've been really pleased to welcome Noemi Hahn as Head of Analytics and Social Sciences. Since joining in the Autumn, she has been leading the company’s advanced analytics and statistics offer, providing support to global research programs. Noemi joined from Insight Strategy Group where she worked on quantitative projects across a range of industries. Prior to market research she completed her PhD before working and lecturing as a post-doctoral researcher at colleges including Harvard (Cambridge, MA). Noemi explained how she is “passionate about uncovering meaning hidden within the data” and brings with her practical experience of applying this through quantitative studies using multivariate statistical techniques including conjoint and segmentation.
Also in New York, we've promoted Mahdi to Research Manager and Allie (who recently relocated from London) to Senior Research Executive. US MD Ben Gibbons said Noemi's appointment “shows how far the US office has come in a short period of time. Our global network and close working partnership with our office in London is paying dividends with high-quality, fast-turnaround work in complex quantitative and qualitative projects. Noemi’s expertise in advanced analytics for market research really helps boost our offer to clients in the States and worldwide. She has first-class academic credentials providing her with deep expertise in understanding how consumers think, which she now applies practically through her work as quantitative market research which will provide value for our clients.” In addition, he explained how the promotions were “richly deserved, with the quality of Mahdi and Allie’s work being very highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike”.
