Submission summary: Understanding the lives and needs of those using human growth hormone therapy
- A human growth hormone therapy (HGH) manufacturer wanted to better understand the lives of children and parents, experiences with HGH, and key needs at different stages of their journey affecting treatment choices.
- Bryter conducted a multi-stage programme of research including digital ethnography and filmed in-home visits with parents and caregivers. Two quantitative surveys followed with parents & caregivers, and endocrine nurses.
- The research uncovered new insights about key needs and influences on decision making for HGH treatment and devices.
These real-life, panel-judged awards required us to show clear guidance, evidence of change, customer understanding and impact to the client’s business as a result of the research.
